“Happiness blooms from within” is the motto of one of the newest vendors at the Wiregrass Farmers Market. Lisa Biles of Lakeland, Georgia started selling market bouquets and fresh cut stems in June. Her business, The Flower Shed at Rolling Branch Farms. After taking a flower class, she decided to jump in head first, planted her first seeds on her own farm and was amazed at the beauty and abundance that grew. She has truly enjoyed meeting all of the customers that visit the farmers market each week. While at the market, her favorite things to shop for are pottery and honey.
Be sure to visit the market this Saturday, July 13, as it will be The Flower Shed’s last weekend at the market for the summer. The “flower bar” will be available and fully stocked to create your own beautiful flower arrangement, or have Lisa put one together for you! Her beautiful flowers are sure to brighten your day!
