Grow Your Own Pizza!

Great pizza starts in the garden! From sauce made with tomatoes to every veggie topping you can think of, it all needs to be grown first – why not grow it yourself?  Presented by the Rotary Club, this week’s workshop for kids and adults shows you how.  Free – just stop by the market from 10 – 11 a.m.

Looking for a new project?

Check out the shiitake mushroom logs now available at the market!  It takes just a little love  – in the form of keeping the logs moist and then an overnight soak a couple of times a year and you’ll have your own shiitakes to harvest.  It’s great family project to grow these delicious mushrooms.  Properly cared for, each log will last several years.
